Ivy Care

We care about each and every person who is part of our community whether you have just arrived or been here for many years.

At times we go through particular seasons which need a more focused type of support. We have wonderful Ivy Care teams who are here to walk with you and offer love and support during a time of need.

Need a listening ear?

We have trained listeners who would love to get to know you. Ivy Care is based on a set of rules and principles which apply to both the volunteer listener and the individual or couple being supported. Prior to your first meeting, you will be asked to agree to these principles so that everyone understands what can be offered.

To access support we have different options for meeting with you, whether over the phone, in person or digitally, so please let us know which you think would work best for you. (This can change as needed.)

Please share a little about yourself, your situation and your preferences - to help us match you well with a listener who will then be in touch. After the first meeting you can decide if Ivy Care is for you, or not at this time. There is no charge for Ivy Care support.

On occasions specialist counselling may be the most appropriate support for you and we have links to refer people onto professional Christian counselling services, who may charge for their services.
